Ordering & Tracking
1. How do I place an order? Simply browse our collection of premium unisex apparel, select your desired item, size, and color, and click 'Add to Cart'. When you're ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and choose your payment method to complete the order.
2. How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our tracking page. You can use this to monitor your package's journey. If you can't find the email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancel it. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

4. What kind of clothing do you sell? At Poshaak, we redefine everyday fashion with a blend of minimalism, luxury, and bold androgyny. We specialize in high-quality unisex apparel, including premium oversized t-shirts from our 'Neutral Code' collection, stylish shirts, crop tops, pants, and more, designed for India's trendsetters.
5. How do I find my correct size? Each product page includes a 'Size Guide' with detailed measurements. We recommend comparing these measurements to a garment you already own that fits well to ensure you select the perfect size.
6. How should I care for my Poshaak apparel? To maintain the quality and print of your garments, we recommend the following care instructions:

Shipping & Delivery
7. What are your shipping options and delivery times? We process all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Delivery times are as follows:

8. How are shipping rates calculated? Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.
9. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we do. International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
10. What is your return policy? We have a 30-day return policy. You can return an item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it meets the required conditions.
11. What are the conditions for a return? To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition:

Have all original tags still attached.

Be in the original packaging.
Please note: Sale items, personalized items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
12. How do I start a return or exchange? Please contact our customer service team at support@wearposhaak.com to initiate the return process. We will guide you through the next steps and provide you with a return shipping label if your request is approved.
13. Who pays for the return shipping? The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. However, if you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
14. I received a damaged item. What should I do? We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us immediately at 7974016893 or support@wearposhaak.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will assist you in processing a refund or exchange at no extra cost.
15. When will I get my refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
